May 23^rd Last Day of School – dismissal at 12:00 Awards Assembly at 11:00 in elem gym

If you have a student eligible but were not able to come or missed Kindergarten Registration, please call the school. We will be doing some additional testing and would like to include your child.

If you would like to volunteer to help at school, we have several events coming up (Field Day & A R Picnic). If you are available to help, please call Mrs. Fitzsimmons at 573-678-2017.

On Thursday, May 15^th we will have our VIP Appreciation Dinner – ALL patrons who have volunteered (Room mothers, Book Fair, etc.) during the school year are invited to come have dinner provided by the school and the teachers. You may come any time between 10:30 – 12:00. Please RSVP in the office by Monday, May 12^th. We would also like to invite you to the Awards Assembly the last day of school, during which we will recognize our volunteers.

Friday, May 9^th will be the last day to turn in box tops and Campbell’s Soup Labels.

Saturday, May 17^th the High School Poms are sponsoring a huge yard sale (flea market) from 8 – 4 on the Middle School parking area. Spaces 10’ x 10’ are available for $10.00. More information is available in the elementary office.

The American Veterans Traveling Wall is coming to Walther Park in DeSoto, Missouri, May 7^th. The Traveling Wall will be on display after 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 8^th until Monday, May 12^th.

High School Volleyball will be sponsoring a Spring Camp on May 6, 7, & 8 after school until 5:00. This is for girls who are currently in grades 4 and 5.
Send registration form and money to the elementary office. Registration for this may still be turned in on Monday.

There will be a girls’ basketball Camp, May 13 - 15^th after school. This is for girls that will be in 5^th and 6^th grade next year. Check in the office for a flyer if your student is interested.
