Middle School Handbook

8th Grade Graduation:   Tuesday, May 20, 2008 7 pm in High School
MATH CONTEST - May 1^st will be the Middle School Math Contest.
Field Day - The Middle School will be having a Field Day at Londell School on May 9^th.
Cardinals Game - On May 15^th the 8^th Grade only will be going to see the Cardinals play in St. Louis.
Girls Basketball Camp - On May 13^th, 14^th, 15^th, there will be a girls basketball camp for students going into the 5^th, 6^th, 7^th grade in 08/09. This will be held in the High School gym from 3:30 – 5:30 pm and the cost will be $20.00. All forms are in any school office.
Middle School Talent Show - The Middle School will be hosting a Talent Show on May 16^th.
MIDDLE SCHOOL BAND & CHOIR CONCERT - This years MS Band & Choir concert will be held in the HS gym on May 12^th at 7 pm.
Talent Show Tryouts - The Middle School Talent Show Tryouts will be held on May 5^th from 3:15-4:30 pm.
Trip to the Zoo - All Middle School Students & Staff are going to the Zoo on May 14^th
Volleyball Camp - There will be a volleyball camp held in the High School gym from 3:30-5:00 pm for this years 4^th, 5^th, & 6^th grade students on May 6^th, 7^th, & 8^th. This is open to all students in those grades with a $15.00 charge which includes a T-shirt.
SUMMER SCHOOL - This years Summer School will be from May 27^th to June 27^th from 8:00 am to 3:15 pm. Breakfast, lunch and bus transportation will be available.

NEW BAND UNIFORMS!!  The School Board of Education has agreed to purchase new band uniforms for the middle and high school band.  The monies to pay for this purchase will come from the district balances
