A+ PROGRAM   Grandview R-2 School District has decided to start the process of applying for A+ designation with the state of Missouri. The A+ program in Missouri allows for students to attend state community colleges tuition free for two years. Some four year universities also grant aid for successful graduates of the program. The application process takes a minimum of three years and requires school assurances that the curriculum, administration, and support of the school district are sufficient to meet stringent guidelines set forth by the state.
