Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are thrilled to share that the school year is off to a fantastic start! This past weekend, many of our elementary students had the opportunity to showcase their skills in their first Gridiron Football and Cheer events. It was a wonderful experience and a great way for our students to get involved and show their school spirit. Our daily Assemblies in the gym have been a great way to celebrate our students. This week our 4th graders will begin hosting the Morning Assembly as the announcers and leaders of the event.
Attached to this email, you'll find this week's newsletter with more details and updates. Be sure to take a look to stay informed about the latest happenings at our school.
Also, mark your calendars for our first holiday celebration of the year! We will be hosting a Halloween party at the Elementary School on Friday, November 1st. It’s going to be a fun-filled event, and we look forward to celebrating with all of our students.
For additional information and updates, please visit our school Facebook at the
Grandview R-II Elementary Page.
Thank you for your continued support and involvement in our school community. If you have any questions or need further information, feel free to reach out.

Second Week Success at Grandview R2 Elementary!
Our second week of the school year is off to a great start! Students are ready to learn as we continue reviewing expectations and routines. Classes will be in full swing next week, and we are excited to see our students fully engaged. Our new morning assembly has been a wonderful addition, giving us the opportunity to come together as a school community to recognize both students and staff. It’s great to have our hallways bustling with energy again, and we are thrilled to have everyone back!
I have attached our weekly Elementary Eagles' Eye View Newsletter with dates and information.
