Thanks to the incredible hard work of the road crews and our very own Eagle Nation custodial and maintenance staff, we are prepared to welcome students back to school tomorrow—weather permitting!
Please know that the administration is closely monitoring the weather to ensure the safety of our staff, students, and parents. We’ll provide updates if conditions change.

Due to lingering icy conditions on district roads, Grandview R-II School District will have an AMI Day tomorrow, Thursday, January 9.

Due to tricky road conditions and campus safety concerns, the Grandview R-II School District will have another AMI Day tomorrow, Wednesday , January 8. Please stay warm and safe!

Due to extreme weather and dangerous driving conditions, we will have an AMI (Alternative Methods of Instruction) day tomorrow, Tuesday, January 7. Please follow the education plan sent home earlier this school year. Further information about other campus activities, games, and programs will be released as decisions are made. Be careful, stay warm, and remember those who have to work in these conditions.

Due to the ongoing winter storm, the Grandview R-2 School District campus will be CLOSED on Monday, January 6, 2025, for all students and staff.
Please stay tuned to the district's communication channels for updates on scheduled events, including games. Stay safe!

At the December 19 Grandview R-II School Board meeting, the Board honored Isaiah , the 2024 Student Representative to the Board. 🙌 Isaiah’s dedication and service over the past year have been invaluable. Thank you, Isaiah, for your commitment to representing our student body!

Grandview High School is excited to announce that John “JP” Roberts has received the prestigious Excellence In American History Dar Award.
As a senior at Grandview, JP has demonstrated exceptional commitment to both his academic and extracurricular pursuits. He is currently studying Metal Fabrication at the Area Technical School at Jefferson College and serves as the captain of the Archery team, proudly representing our school at state competitions.
In addition to his achievements in archery, JP participated in Speech and Debate during his sophomore and junior years, and he is an active member of the Bible Club. His dedication and leadership qualities truly exemplify the spirit of Grandview.
